  • Stay Strong Fundamentals

    Stay Strong Fundamentals classes are perfect for people who are new to CrossFit or would like a refresher on the basics. The small group, 6-session, beginner’s course is held on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 7:30 PM. The Private Fundamentals sessions can be scheduled at your convenience. One of our experienced coaches will train you through the foundational movements of CrossFit which we regularly program into our group classes. This 60-minute class will typically start with a briefing on what will be covered, a structured warm up, skill coaching on a particular movement or two, a heart pumping workout, then a cool down and brief lecture on a particular topic of the day.
    You will learn movement standards and safety, Nutrition 101, CrossFit lingo, and how to scale movements to your own fitness level. Foundations can be scheduled by calling, dropping in or simply filling out the GET STARTED form here.

    After you graduate from Stay Strong Fundamentals, we would like to offer you the rest of the month or 2 weeks (whichever is longer) to try our CrossFit group classes free before deciding to become a member.

    • Group: $100 for Our 6-Session Fundamentals Course
    • Private: Fundamentals: $270 ($45 per session)
  • Olympic Weightlifting

    Stay Strong Weightlifting class is held each Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday for athletes interested in developing the explosive power, mobility, and technical skill to excel in the two Olympic lifts: the snatch and the clean & jerk. With an entire hour focused on just one movement, athletes are able to dial in their lift and accelerate their performance.

  • Group Training

    Whether you are a recent graduate of Stay Strong Fundamentals or an advanced athlete, this class is for you. We expertly program to build functional strength and conditioning through workouts of the day (WODs) which we scale to every fitness ability. Our programming offers a comprehensive environment for athletes of all levels to work on progressive skills, exercise knowledge, capacity in the movements, and strength appropriate to their current level.

    We believe in the CrossFit methodology which focuses on preparing our members the best we can for any physical and mental challenge that life throws at them. Our 60-minute WOD classes will typically consist of a warm up, mobility session, strength and/skill work, a heart pumping metcon and finally a cool down. But in true CrossFit style, come prepared to take on the unknown and unknowable because chances are you’ll be in for a few fun surprises that don’t follow that format.

  • Stay Strong Competition

    Stay Strong Competition Classes are held on Saturdays at 9:30 AM. We offer this course because we take competing seriously and support our competitors in every way we can. These 90-minute training sessions are available to intermediate and advanced athletes with aspirations of participating in CrossFit competitions and for seasoned competitors looking to enhance that competitive edge. These sessions are focused on advanced technique and efficiency improvement, strategic performance analysis and more challenging workouts in general that are designed to expose and redefine your limits.

  • Mobility

    Stay Strong Mobility is a course we developed in response to our sedentary lifestyles of sitting in a car, classroom or in the office all day. In this course, we will focus on the often neglected flexibility and mobility that plagues our active life and can really hurt us as we get older. The course utilizes the components of gymnastics, yoga, and movement and mobility to help loosen tight stiff muscles from exercising and to alleviate pains that develop from living and working in everyday life.

  • Personal Training

    Sign up for Stay Strong personal training sessions where one of our world class coaches will work with you to help define your goals, conduct a comprehensive assessment of your fitness level, and coach you through a program designed specifically for your needs. This is the best option for those athletes who are serious about taking their training to the next level. If you’re new to CrossFit and would like to opt for private beginner sessions, check out Stay Strong Fundamentals above.

    • One-on-One Training: $75+ per hour

  • Team Sports Performance
