You won’t need to worry about moving massive weight on your first days here, we will however, put you through an awesome, heart pumping workout. We understand that this type of training may be totally foreign to you but trust us we have your back. To help you discover if it’s right for you, we invite you to try your first class free.

Stay Strong has a very inclusive community that puts huge value on camaraderie, PLUS we also have a pretty awesome competitive side. Stage 2: Start Your First Membership

Wether your are super new or have experience, your first month is a trial giving you the ability to experience our coaching, programming and community for 30 days. Then, after that we offer a few different membership options to fit your needs.

Stage 3: Begin Tracking Your Workouts

Now that you have a membership we can begin tracking your training sessions (we have an app for that). This will gives us the inside scoop on your progress. We will measure how you feel and perform, not how much you weigh. With positive trends in performance, we know we are moving in the right direction. You can look forward to the decrease in body fat and development of lean muscle mass while increasing your strength. By collecting and analyzing your training data, we as Coaches can help continue guiding you towards your long term health & fitness goals.

What will my first time in your gym be like?

Your first time in, we want you to feel comfortable and understand our goal is to first educate you. One of our awesome Coaches will give you a tour of the facilities, explain what CrossFit is, how someone starts CrossFit and also how we teach CrossFit. Next, we would like you to experience a class to see if it’s right for you.

Why is your gym more expensive than other gyms?

We know you may have a lot of choices on where to workout. What’s best… A treadmill at home? The do-it yourself gym down the street that is anywhere from $20-80/month? A CrossFit membership? Personal Training? We’d actually encourage you to ask a different question. What are your looking for? Personalized attention? Trained, professional coaches to show you? Somewhere your can do it yourself? Accountability? We like to say we are a perfect balance between high priced personal training and cheap globe-gyms. At Stay Strong you get professional Coaching with well developed programming, along side working out with a group of like-minded people who cheer on your success.

What’s your drop-in policy?

We love nothing more than having visitors from other boxes come train with us!
If you are just passing through, we charge a drop in fee of $20 per day.

It’d be great if you’d plan on arriving 10 minutes before scheduled class time so we can provide you with a waiver to sign and introduce you to our box. You can find our class schedule Here.

We hope that you enjoy the change in scenery, clientele, maybe even music. If anything makes you uncomfortable, however, please don’t hesitate to let us know.

How often do you recommend I come to the gym?

If you’re just starting up, we recommend coming three, maybe 4 days/week for your first month, this is the perfect amount to process what you’ve learned and let the body recover as it starts getting used to new things.

What exactly is CrossFit?

By it’s definition,”Constantly Varied, High Intensity, Functional Movement”.

I’m not in very good shape… can I do CrossFit?

The very first thing you will discover is that CrossFit does not discriminate. Whether you are young at heart, or have just completed your 50th marathon, or are recovering from injury or healing a broken heart, whether walking the dog is the only exercise you’ve had in years, or you’re someone training for the Iditarod…We will help you achieve your fitness goals.

One of the things that makes CrossFit so unique is our community of people from literally every walk of life: stay-at-home parents, elite athletes, students, CEOs, members of the armed services, firefighters, you name it. CrossFit bodies – our bodies – come in every imaginable size, shape and age; and yet, our workouts every day are designed for anyone to do them.

Can I do my own thing during class?

For any experienced CrossFitters, Weightlifters, and Strongman, we have Open Gym hours where you can follow your own programming. We only ask that you follow our house rules.

They are:

  1. Class has priority.
  2. Clean up after yourself.
  3. Have some fun!
I just relocated/looking for a new gym and I’d like to check you out prior to joining.
