Group Class specialized around Developing the Snatch and Clean&Jerk

Our Weightlifting class is a specialized program designed for the improvement and advancement of 3 specific movements; The Snatch, The Clean and The Jerk.

CrossFit classes give new athletes a great intro to Weightlifting, so we recommend at least 3 months of CrossFit experience before entering Weightlifting classes.
