Stage 1: You Take The First Step

DAY1

Stage 2: Start Your First Membership

Wether your are super new or have experience, your first month is a trial giving you the ability to experience our coaching, programming and community for 30 days. Then, after that we offer a few different membership options to fit your needs.

DAY2

Stage 3: Begin Tracking Your Workouts

Now that you have a membership we can begin tracking your training sessions with our software program (we have an app that). This software gives us the inside scoop on your progress. We will measure how you feel and perform, not how much you weigh. With positive trends in performance, we know we are moving in the right direction. You can look forward to a decrease in body fat, developing lean muscle mass and increasing strength. By collecting and analyzing your training data, we as Coaches can help continue guiding you towards your health & fitness goals.

Stage 4: Having Fun With Your Training
