Here's a bit of info to prep you for your first free training session at Stay Strong CrossFit. There won't be any crazy surprise WOD (workout of the day) that we'll toss you into. We just want to show you exactly why people are so crazy about CrossFit, introduce you to some of our members and team, and get you sweating with an introductory workout that represents what you'll do if you decide to become a member.
