In 2009, I was introduced to the CrossFit methodology and began using its programming to train for collegiate sports. As a D2/D3 college linebacker and a D2 hockey goalie while studying exercise science, CrossFit became an essential part of my training regimen. Over time, my focus evolved to include not just performance, but also training for optimal health, allowing me to be versatile in facing the physical, spiritual, and intellectual challenges of life.

Helping others improve their health, fitness, and habits has always been my passion. Whether working with athletes or everyday individuals, I believe in empowering people to become the best versions of themselves. CrossFit has been a powerful catalyst for understanding the diverse strategies available to help anyone on their journey toward better living.

I believe the gifts and passions I’ve been given have led me to embrace a holistic approach to fitness and restoration. By focusing on improving physical, mental, and overall health, I strive to help others thrive and live their best lives too. Together, we have the opportunity to build a strong, resilient foundation for whatever challenges life may bring.
