To enhance the health and fitness of our local community by providing comprehensive support and guidance. Through education, leadership, and professional coaching, we empower individuals to achieve their personal fitness goals. Our focus is on building a community of like-minded individuals both members and Coaches who prioritize relationships, value a clean-inviting environment and are committed to hard work and kindness.

In early January 2015, after gaining a few years of coaching experience, we began to ponder what operating & coaching our own facility would look like, so began the search for the perfect building. However, by November, we still hadn't found the right place. Then, unexpectedly, the perfect opportunity presented itself. We were given an opportunity to lead the existing Stay Strong community but we only had ONE week to decide.

Determined to stay true to some of Stay Strong's original values of fostering a fun and competitive atmosphere, our other mission was to build a community of individuals (both coaches and members) who want to move better and smile more.

Despite the risk, we chose to seize the opportunity for a better future. We hope you'll see an opportunity to improve your life here too.
